Suggest Treatment For Tibia Fracture

Hi, i fractured by tibia which resulted in a surgical procedure to insert a metal plate in order to fix the bone and stabilize my ankle. I have a cast on for 6 weeks with no weight baring. when my cast gets taken off I will be able to walk again and will no doubt be given physio exercises. however i was wondering, how long I will have to wait before I will be able to partake in karate again?
