Suggest Treatment For Tight Congestion In The Chest And Fatigue

I started with a very sore throat, began to have chills, none or minimal fever but had some pretty strong chills, aching throughout my upper torso. I had pneumonia once more than 20 years ago and it came on very fast with severe chills & fever. I thought that is what was happening to me yesterday. I have felt better today with no chills, but later this evening I started feeling more tired. I do have a bit of tight congestion in my upper chest.

For chest congestion you can take some antibiotic like Azithral or Moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or anti-cold for fever, cold and chest tightness. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
