Hello doc. I do have a problem of tight foreskin around my pennis.because of which i am not able to see my dickhead properly.and whenever i tried to pull th skin it pains alot.and i find that my dick is not able to comes at its full size because of this problem. I dont want any surgery.please suggest me something like exercise so that i can cure this.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Inability to retract foreskin or pain associated with retraction of foreskin is called phimosis. This condition is caused by tight skin around the penile head. I am afraid there is no medical treatment for the condition, there is only surgical treatment for it. Surgical procedure involves slitting the tight skin around penile head so that the foreskin can retract with ease. The procedure is safe and healing is also quick. I suggest you to consult an urologist for further management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
