General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Tight foreskin/unable to retract the back is called phimosis.
It is associated with the painful sexual intercourse.
It should be confirmed by physical examination. So consult the general surgeon and get examined.
Partial phimosis is treated by application of vitamin E and steroid application after hot bath and skin is retracted by apply some force.

Complete phimosis is treated by the surgery called circumcision.
It is minor surgery done under local anesthesia.
Wound will heal in 2 week after operation.
You will do sexual intercourse after 3 week.
Hope this may help you
