HELLO I HAVE TYPE 1 DIABETES AND HAVE RECENTLY DEVVELOPED A TTIGHT FORESKIN SO MUCH SO THAT I CANT PULL BACK THE SKIN TO GET WAHSED, the best i can do to keep clean is to use cotton buds every morning and there is always a yellowish smelly pus on tthe cottonbud
