Suggest Treatment For Tightness And Itching In Foreskin

Hi Dr.Samuel hope you are doing well. My husband is having problems with his foreskin it is tightening up burns itches. I would really like to treat the problem internally not just on the surface with a topical ointment I would really appreciate a permanent fix by treating the problem internally please. Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has problem in retracting his foreskin over glans penis and itching of the foreskin.

As itching and inability to retract foreskin at this age is common in Diabetic individuals due to Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.Please get his blood sugar levels test done on fasting stomach and 2 hours after lunch to rule out Diabetes.

He needs to take anti fungal medication like Fluconozone and topical anti fungal jelly for local application.

If turns out to be diabetic needs to consult Diabetalogist for advice to control diabetes .

Hope this will works for him to get his problem resolved.
