Suggest Treatment For Tightness And Pain In Big Toe After Injury

I fell last weekend and now my bone below my big toe on the inside of my foot hurst as well as on top of my foot just below my big toe. I have put hot n icy patch on it over the last few days but there is still a tightness there that won't go away and it hurts to put all my weight on that foot.
