Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Arm Radiating To Elbow

my lower arm has what appears to be a quarter sized lypoma. It has been there for years. Today when I woke up it was sore and pronounced and I had a tightness and low level discomfort traveling towrds the elbow. The Veins seemed more pronounced but this is my left arm and I am left handed.
