Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Chest And Difficulty In Belching

Assalam Alikum How are you Doctor? I am 29 years, 73 Kg, 173 cm tall i am suffering from one and half month from strange proplem, one and half month back i am feeling that something is stopping in the middle of my chest like the feeling of bread stopping in the chest and there is strong cramps in my throat and my Pharynx these feeling force me to burp continously in order to escape from these bad feelings but the burp is not satsisfactory, i made x ray in chest and ECG the results came good, i made test for TSH, T4, CBC, liver & Kidney function , barium swallow and antibodies of Hpylori in blood every things is good Except H. Pylory i found it positive, the doctor descripe for me Nexium, Motilium, Kalcid, Fasigyn i took the medicine for a month i felt some improvement but i still feeling that something is stopping in my chest & cramps in my throat and my Pharynx and continously unsatisfactory burping , these feelings i have even i am fasting ! , type of foods not affect ! kindly note i eat good and i never feel with dificulty swallowing, no feeling of acid , no pain in my stomac, only i have some difficult in stool output and unsatisfactory stool output i went back to doctor he told me that i have Psychologica problem and he told not need to make endscopy ... i went to another doctor he told that i have Esophageal spasm and he advice to take nexium and motilium for another 6 weeks with Ca Channel Blocker based on the above, kindly advice what i have to do , my mood became not good thank you in advance for your help
