Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Neck

I am having a tightness in my neck. Heaviness in both arms and a feeling that I have hit my crazy bone in both elbows. I just experienced a coronary artery spasm last week and am now being treated. With the tightness in my neck could the arteries in my neck be blocked?
