Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Penile Foreskin

I am an 18 year old virgin. Up till 2-3 months ago I had no problem with my penis. But since 2 months ago or so, my foreskin has become tight. I can only retract it halfway down my glans when erect whereas before I could retract it all the way down without any problem. Also, I have noticed white patches on the inside of the tip of my foreskin. My glans though is spotless and clean. These patches seem to form a ring.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Advised circumcision. Based on the given history you seem to be suffering from a condition called phimosis. Consult a general surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment which involves surgical removal of the foreskin (circumcision).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
