Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Throat And Cough

Hello. My name is David. I have a slight tightness in my throat with morning sneezing OR Coughing since Late Sept. However, just 1Wk ago, I now have a heavy congection, At times a harsh pain. then. And deep coughing with flem and blood spit-up. It seems very stubborn to want to heal. Is it perhaps an infection ? Pls Resp

Dear you may be suffering from pharyngitis, please send throat swab culture and sensitivity. Till that time use salt water gargle, tab Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day and tab. Moterleukast and levocegrizine at the night. If you are symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
