Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Burning Sensation In The Joints

i have been having tingling, burning, joint pain in both my left arm/hand and my right leg/foot. this has been going on and off for 2 years. in addition when i have these flare ups I get extremely fatigued and have headaches and low back pain. I have had blood work done and am only slightly anemic. I have a positive ANA of 1.160. does this sound like it could be MS. everytime it goes away and comes back the symptoms are a little stronger. I have only recently started having slight burning in my right forearm, but nothing in my left leg.
