Suggest Treatment For Tingling Effect In The Arms

hi i have a tingling sensation in my arms slightly more in the right arm than left. ive had this for about a week now. i am 41 and do fitness 3 times a week and have no previous medical condition, in fact im never ill. when i wake up in the morning i think its gone, however as the day progresses it returns. especially when i have my arms down by my side for long periods hence why i think its something to do with circulation or something. today the pain has increased significantly in my hands, they ache when i grip or clench a fist.



do you have any ideas?
