Suggest Treatment For Tingling Feeling In My Right Side

Hi my ear has been riging for three days . Now its numb and i really cant hear out of it Dr. said its not infected and told me to try zertex . Today my right side feels a little tingling and numb. Im sacared and dont have insurance to run all those test. what can i do
