Suggest Treatment For Tingling Pain In Upper Body

i am recovering from compound fracture left leg and muscle transplant i have now developed a tingling pain in my upper bdy when i am in contact with any sort of heat or sudden movements i have a rash develop on my upper torso then i get serious pain at my nerve endings it travels up my neck it get tighter as it travels up and i feel like my hair is standing on end i cry with paian when it happens and after the acute attack i get minor attacks about every hour depending on what i am doing i am ok as long as i just sit down can you please help
