Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Hands

I have tingling in my hands. I have severe nerve damage to my right leg and foot that requires that I take Lyrica. The tingling was like an electrical shock feeling and now it is only tingling.
What can I do about this because it is very distracting when I am trying to work.
