Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Hands

Health condition : OK
Problem : I had c6 c7 never issue with tingling in my left hand fore finger and left thumb. I was feeling good after 4 months with massage, yoga etc. Since 20 days, I have severe pain in complete left hand starting from shoulder blade, left bicep, left fore arm with left 2 fingers ( fore finger and thumb little bit numb). I am taking medicne ( INDOMETHACIN 25 mg) presently. I can feel muscle spasam when I touch. I am attaching my MRI of spine. Please advise me as I am not able to sleep in the night and what is the remedy. If I need any medication change, please suggest.
