Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In My Breast

I m having tingling/ moving sensations on my right side, underneath my right breast! It started as slight tingling , and has progressed to feeling like something is growing there and movement is painful which after a while causes my right side of my back to really hurt ! I ve had ct scan , colonoscopy and endoscopy and my Dr says everything is fine. I don t feel everything is fine. I feel like this is getting worse, it s beginning to really cause discomfort! It throws me in to thinking I might have a tumor or growth that dr are missing! Sometimes it feels like it s pressing on other organs. What could this be? What other tests should I ask my dr to order?
