Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Neck And Arm

Last evening I tried to lay down to sleep, and I experienced a sharp pain in the back of my neck at the base of the skull. Following that, I was extremely dizzy, lightheaded, and nautious.



Today, the pain still lingered, but now the right side of my neck in the area of the pain is stiff and I have a tingling sensation from my jaw down my neck and arm, into my fingers. The numbness and tingling started very quickly while I was sitting at my computer.



This isn't the first time I've had a similar problem, but when I got it looked at all they did was treat me as if I was having a stroke. (Which I was not, as it turned out).
