Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Arm

I am a 31y/o female & I am obese. For about a week, I have had a tingling feeling in my left side of my arm Today I started to have some tingling in my right forearm and hand. both legs down from knee feeling tingling sensation & feet and back of head [occipital region ] I know I am at high risk for a stroke or heart attack, but I am so scared to go to the ER to see what is wrong. Someone please help me.....
