Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Hands

my husband stopped taking his Arthrotec for a few days he took one in the morning and one in the evening. Since he had stooped he was getting a tingling in is arms and his hands were a little numb at times his knuckles had turned red and just yesterday the top of his hands have become bruised looking he doesn't get to see his doctor for 2 more weeks.....he has started taking the arthrotec again as stiffness and soreness was back. What should he do want to see his doctor or go get it checked out
