Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Fingers And Thumb

Hi I had a baby 4 mths ago and ever since she has been 3 months old I have been getting a squeezing pressure on my left wrist which causes a tingling sensation in my thumb and fingers. I've also experienced a tightnening pressure on my right ankle including pins and needles on and off. It is worth noting that my twin was diagnosed with Parkinson's in February 2013 and my other sister was diagnosed with MS in feb2012, so maybe I'm been paranoid but do you think these systems could be neurological also. My grandmother . her 4 sisters and brother and my great grand mother ( all on my dad's side) all had alzcheimers. I also had a blood clot post delivery which was removed however I'm now experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and I feel as if there is something in my abdomen when I sit down
