Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Hand, Fatigue And Neck Stiffness
Hi, I have recently had low B12 (189) and have received injections and the levels are now fine. I now have been told I have low Vitamin D (25) so will now start taking tablets. I have been having the following symptoms for the last 6 to 7 weeks: Fatigue (has improved since B12 injections) shaking hands Tingling in hands headaches neck stiffness which brings on a sore throat light headedness in the mornings My GP said that it is anxiety, but I really don t feel anxious. Can you have anxiety without the psychological symptoms? Thanks

Hello,
It may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level.
For further assessment you may require MRI neck after orthopedician consultation
You may require multivitamin and Pregabalin after consultation.
Do regular physical therapy
