Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation Over The Body And Palpitations

I am having a tingling sensation over my entire body; down my legs, in my lips/tongue, neck and arms. Was in ER 3 days ago to check for heart issues after heart palpitations, blood pressure changes and tightening of chest muscles but all checked out well. This tingling has just started today and has just moved to my mouth area. Very strange feeling. Any thoughts?

Consult a physician and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required including a serial ECG to look for any cardiac causes.
