Hello, I have had tinnitus for about 3 months now and recently I have been getting hot and cold flushes, with numbness in parts of my head and face, could it be serious? Also some mornings the world is spinning to me and I have a metal taste in my mouth. I hope its just a common thing, but I am quite down by it.
