Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Ear Infection

I have big noise in a ear, doctor gave me maxidex 0.1% 5 ml. It did nothing, a train is running in my left all the time, night and day. The nurse end the doctor told me is an infection, what have I to do, no access very soon to medical stuf. Help me, thanks in advance.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Tinnitus can occur due to a number of causes like ear infection, Eustachian tube dysfunction, ruptured ear drum, ageing, vascular defects etc..

I would however suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..The physician can also order tested like Audiogram, MRI or CT scan to confirm the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
Treatment of underlying cause can help in resolution..
