Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Middle Ear Infection

I am having ringing sound in my ear for sometime now, I took cefexime 400mg for 5 days as prescribed by doctor, since he diagnosed middle ear infection, however nothing has improved rather now when I wake up I have loud ringing sound in my head which improves as the day progresses. Also have blurred vision for sometime now.

I understand your concern.
Ringing in the ears along with middle ear infection could also lead to spread of the infection in surrounding regions and nerves which could lead to vision disturbance either due to infection spread or due to nerve compression by inflammation.
So i would advice you to visit a neurologist and follow his opinion immediately.
As long duration of vision loss or disturbance can be detrimental.
