Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus, Vertigo And Exhaustion

I have had ringing in the ears for years. I have had a bout with vertigo according to the e.r. doctor. Blood workup was normal, ekg normal, cat scan normal. He gave me mescaline, I have 2 left. Oh, I turned 69 today. I have been feeling bad for about 2 1/2 months, just real sluggish and washed out. E.r.visit was 2 weeks ago. Help!!!!

Hello,

I think it can be an issue with middle ear possibly being positional vertigo. Doing Epley manouvre can help. Visit an ENT doctor. Continue to take Meclizine pill to help with vertigo.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
