Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

I have persistent ringing in my ears. It started about a month ago. I m a 47 year old male in good health. My blood pressure is regularly in the upper 120s over upper 80s. I have 2 boys aged 20 and 17, and my wife passed away 4 months ago after a short battle with uterine sarcoma. Could the ringing be stress related? Or something else

Please get a puretone audiometry done. Are you on any medications? Start taking tab multivitamin and tab cetrizine at night for 2 wks. Relax yourself and dont panic.
