Suggest Treatment For Tiny Bumps On Penile Shaft

hi i just noticed today a few tiny bumps on my penile shaft. they look shiny almost. they dont itch or hurt or anything. ive had the same partner for about 17 months and she has nothing like this. i have been hunting a lot lately and getting very sweaty in the groin area. i also use scent killing soap and some scent killer wipes that i use while hunting. could it be a chemical reaction is another question. the bumps aint really in any pattern either

I really appreciate your concern, it could be nonspecific non specific one, at the most fungal infection need to be ruled out and "Miconazole cream" can be used else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
