Suggest Treatment For Tiny Greyish Blisters Around Anus

dear doctor my age 24 yers height 5 feet 6 inches weight 53 kgs.have alopecia since 7 years.feels tired and restless especially in the morning.never had any surgery.normal health
recently i have very tiny greyish blisters around my anus around 7 to 8 of them.i started having them about 2 months ago.recently also had 3 to 4 rashes only on my legs .they didint appear at the same time.initially i get very slight burning sensation,after few hours it develops into flaky or reddish oval rash measuring around 1 to 2cm within 2 days it dries up and heals leaving mark.but the rashes appearing on legs is stopped now.i have never had anal intercourse.i m really worried?
