Suggest Treatment For Tiny Rashes Around Clitoris With Pain And Sweling

Hi, am 15 yrs, 5'2, 40kgs... Am a vargin, never had any type of sex. 5 months ago i had two white painful sores at vaginal opening nd pain in my vagina. which healed in 12days. During this tym i noticed some tiny bumps or rashes which seems to b frm d epidermis inside ma labia majora around d clitoris. I tried putting d tycosid cream which did nt work. I went to a doc. Dt prescribed fun-bact cream 4 me without checking. I tried dt 2 nd didnt work. I went to anoda doc. dat checked and told me dt they are jst heat rashes when its olmost 4 weeks.. I tryd dusting powder nd it didnt work. Though i thnk am nt contacted with any std since am still a vargin... Bt i tryd d venegar solution 4 10mins nd it did nt turn white... During this tym i had so much pain in my clitoris nd if i toch it lyk there is a hard painful lump there. I use to put hot water there nd it goes in 3days living d rashes... After about 2weeks, my labia majora was swollen nd painful... The pain olso goes away in 4days living d rashes. Pls help me am so scare nd worrid. I dnt hv any medical history about ol dis nd it never happed 2 me. Jst now pls
