Suggest Treatment For Tiny Red Lumps On The Vagina

hey doctor,i found theres some small tiny red bumps around my fourchette at the bottom of my vagina. they are not hurt not itch, no feeling and never bother me. i just dont know what is that, when i touch it, i feel those are just like granules. its like the extra meat of my vagina.
