Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Pain In The Arms Of A Hypertensive Person

Hi, I am 9 years old dibetic patient and hypertensive too. FBS usually remains around 250. Last months; HBA1c was 11.6. I am on glycomet GP3, Jalra -50, Lycoguard & Amlovas AT. Feeling very tiredness, pain in both arms, sleep disturbance, restless legs. What is the next medication ? Please guide.

Both FBS and HbA1C are very high. It's better to take subcutaneous insulin to control your blood sugar levels.
