Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Pain On The Ribs After Falling Down

My friend does parkour and he did a front flip off of something qbout four feet high and over threw it landing extremely hard on his chest( little bit of a running start) he had plenty of energy before. Now he just wants to sleep and he is telling me his right abdomen below his ribs has a stabbing pain and his ribs are tender. he also said he feels like he s bleeding inside. might he just be bruised? He doesnt think he needs a hospital. any advice?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Your friend is having blunt abdominal and chest trauma. And since he feels sleepy and low energy there is chance of internal organ damage and bleeding.
So take him to the hospital and get done ultrasound abdomen and chest. Also get done chest x ray to rule out internal lung damage.
If both of the above are normal than he is having muscular pain mostly.
So tty to follow these steps for better relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
