Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Sleepiness

I live in Arizona for the last 3 years from livelong in Colorado. We bike every morning about 8 miles. I try to stay fit but the last 3months I am so tired and sleepy all the time. I have hypo thyroid and take .1 daily. I drink tons of water and try to take a couple naps daily. I have some arthritis in my hands. I have gained 5 lbs that I can t get rid of. I will be 63 on Friday. Any ideas? I know the heat here doesn t help. Thanks, Cheri

Please get a reassessment of your thyroid profile.
You should also undergo checking for vitamin D, vitamin B12, anemia status.
Take nutritious diet.
