General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I do not think the problems of this 69 years old man is related to previous lyme disease. The cause we should look at his heart issues (defib. and pacemaker he is holding).

The mal-function of brain could be due to possible cerebrovascular event.

I advise to get him checked by neurologist as soon as possible.

All the best.
