Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Fatigue And Cosntipation

I have the following symptoms: extreme tiredness & exhaustion/fatigue, aches & pains, recurring gevers &;cold clammy sweats ( 24 hrs a day), sote throat, breathing difficulyy which vascillates in regàrd to severity, nausea, indigestion, gas, some trouble or difficulty swallowing, constipation. All symptoms gping on for years, but mamaprogressively worse andore noticeable in the past 6-8/months. I ve been in & out of the dr, been on 3 full rounds of antibiotica with little to no improvement. Ooh,y lehs most specifically my ankles & feet swell daily Any advice for me on how or what could be wrong with me?

thank you for asking your concern and welcome to HCM. the symptoms which you have described gives me hint to think of some conditions.
1. anemia or decrease blood where all of it occurs for that you have to check your complete blood picture that is CBC. if you have already check this then we need to think further.
i would suggest you to check for hypertension, diabetes, thyroid test, ECG, and check for urine test for proteins. you need to visit any md medicine doctor.
