Suggest Treatment For Tiredness , Lightheadedness And Headache

My 17 yr old son is having strange symptoms, feels weak, light headed, last night he had the chills, headache, tired (sleepy tired) Dont know if he is coming down with something simple like a cold, or something more serious.. all started yesterday late afternoon. ?.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

First treat it as simple viral respiratory infection that leading reffred headache. ..

Give him benadryl like antihistaminic drug and paracetamol....

Steam inhalation done ...

Turmeric powder with milk can be taken daily....
Honey with water also useful...

Prophylactic antibiotic if needed taken like cefixime for five days ...

More water ...
Avoid excess spicy food and fried food.

If no improvement investigate with....
/CBC
/PS - might show malaria parasite
/throat swab for influenza (oseltamivir drug useful in it)
/chest x ray for bronchitis

Consult physician for it.
