Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Shortness Of Breath And Heart Palpitations

I was out in the cold today (approx. 25 deg.) for a couple of hours. Now, its 7 hours later and I have shortness in breath and a racing heart. I feel very tired, even after I took a 3 hour nap. I m 54 years old, do you have any ideas what this could be?

you might be having flu and fever. can record temperature, your dyspnoea may be related tocardiac problem. exclude hypertention and dibetes. better to take ecg and consult cardiologist.
