Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a fracture of the distal aspect (base of pinky toe). The podiatrist has me wrapping the pinky to to the fourth toe and my foot is in a boot, probably 4 to 6 weeks. I worry about deformity and arthritis. I am also anxious to get back to my active workout schedule--running, yoga, cycling, weights.
Is there anything further I can do to promote quick and thorough healing? Is the advice I've been given correct?
