I am 40 year old and a diabetic patient. Since four days, pus has been formed in my foot right next to my toe but not near to nail; it is in my flesh. it is very painful and I in fact don t remember that either I got hurt somewhere or it just happened on its own. please help me as what it is and what should I do?

I afvise you to consult a physician as early as your infection requires proper antibiotic treatment and may even require pus drainage. Also ask your doctor to send pus for culture sensitivity test and use antibiotic ad per the report.
