Suggest Treatment For Tongue Burn

My tongue has been irritated for about 2 months now.It appears to be white on the outside but red with some cracks or trenches in the center.I remember burning it on hot pizza, then the 2nd day I are some really spicy hot wings and that made it worse. It is still bothering me and I slightly burnt it again, but most food hot or not seems to irritate it.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having tongue burn which could be due to vitamin deficiency, eating of excessive hot food substance, improper oral hygiene and due to systemic pathology such as Lichen planus. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take diet rich in multivitamins. Apply dologel on finger and rub it over area for 5-10 mins. You should maintain complete oral hygiene. Avoid excess stress and drink plenty of water and fluids. Take becosule capsule as well. Visit oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
