Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis And White Spots On One Tonsil
I have tonsillitis and one of my tonsils is coverEd in white spots and the white spots are only starting on the other tonsil..I was at the doctor and got pinamox but after taking 9 tablets I feel no different..my main problem is swallowing, especially my saliva..should I go back to the doctor and get a stronger antibiotic as 4 days later I feel no better...

It seems that you might be having acute follicular tonsillitis giving rise pain and pus pockets on tonsillar fossa.
As there is no improvement with pinamox, bacteria might be resistant to this antibiotic and you might require another antibiotic medicine like Azithromicin.
Do antiseptic or warm water gargles.
