Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis

i believe i have tonsillitis..but unlike previous times i have had it this time i have small bumps on the roof of my mouth that cause some pain if something touches them.. will they go away once the infection is healed? also is it normal to get bumps there or should i look into it further with my family dr

Hi..
Welcome to HCM...
The bumps you are seeing is sign of infection...it will subside once you treat infection...and regarding tonsillitis in acute stages like in pain and fever throat pain...i suggest antibiotics and analgesics....if the tosillitis is having repeatedly and symptomatic like affects swallowing..causes snoring...then better to indergo a surgery where the tonsils are removed....good luck....
