Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis
hi i periodically get sore inflamed tonsils about 3 to 4 times a year. mainly the left tonsil with sometimes a slightly sore left ear. my doctor gives me antibiotics and while it helps the issue does not really go away. I am somewhat concerned over having my tonsils removed and would prefer a natural treatment

As per your query you have reoccurring tonsillitis . This condition can be caused by a variety of common viruses and bacteria if left untreated, tonsillitis caused by strep throat can lead to serious complications. So probable reason for your condition is that your infection is not completely go and come again and again . There is also possibility that your immunity is low . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order certain test to confirm the diagnosis . Complete the antibiotic course as prescribed by the doctor . In case the condition still persist then doctor may extent the course of antibiotics . Tonsillectomy is required in severe cases where medicine doesn't work .
