Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis

I think I have tonsillitis I have been in bed for 6 days, i have the shakes from being so cold then suddenly I get so hot. my tonsils are swollen and had white lumps on them today they where covered in a white crust, I have removed some with warm water and salt but I can't get all of it

surely you should take an antibiotic course along with salt water gargling. I suggest you to take a course of Amoxycillin+ clavulinic acid ( augmentin 625mg) twice daily for 5 days after food.
