Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis

I've had SOOOOOOOOO many problems with my tonsils, for about 4 years weather It's them being VERY swollen, or hurting or anythig but Jan. 28 I found out I had pneumonia and ever since I've been sick but they've been hurting soo bad the left one hurts the worse there both swollen, but the left is more swollen inside and out behind my ear / just below my gland there's a huge knot there it hurts my tonsils if I push on it and my gland is majorly swollen, and went I swallow I feel like there's a open woooone on my tonsil and Somones pouring salt on it. it hurts so bad, I'm going to a specialist Tuesday do you think she will let me get them taken out?

Hi, thanks for the query.
In my opinion you are having Chronic tonsilitis.
Most likely she will let you go for tonsil removal surgery after antibiotic course.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days. Consider tonsil removal surgery after this treatment plan.
