I took mdma on Monday night and now I feel like I have tonsillitis / swollen sglands. I can t speak properly and it hurts my ears when I swallow. If I go to a doctor will they know I took mdma? I have barely eaten in 5 days now because I can t even open my mouth all the way.

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. The possible cause of pain and limited mouth opening could be because of the pericoronal abscess leading to pterygo mandibular space infection. Nothing to be panic. Consult a ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacillin and tinidazole combination (if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
